Frassai is a luxury jewelry and fragrance brand which has announced its new fragrance collection for men and women. Each fragrance is a blend of noble ingredients and the inspiration is drawn from life in Buenos Aires, a French fairy tale, and Chinese Mythology. The founder, Natalia Outeda has worked with a renowned floral designer, where she honed her sensibility not only for the smell, but also colors, texture, and nature. That work inspired her to create and pay attention to each detail in this new launch collection. The Frassai Fall Collection includes three fragrances Verano Porteno, Blondine, and Tian Di. All these fragrances are from different Olfactive families keeping in mind a noble blend in each family. The nose behind these fragrances is of master perfumers Rodrigo Flores-Roux, Yann Vasnier, and Olivier Gillotin.
Verano Porteno takes inspiration from Buenos Aires and captures the summertime feeling of the place. Crisp citrus notes and green leaves are facetted with petal florals and rich woods to create a bright burst of sophisticated freshness.
Blondine is a sensual fragrance with the Olfactive family of Floral Musky Gourmand. The notes are sacred Ashok flower, spicy Tiger Lily and the seductive allure of cocoa, salted butter caramel, and vanilla in a base of blond musks.
Tian Di is from woody oriental Olfactive family and has the notes of earthy Chinese incense, rich green flowers, peach elixir, and calming woods.
The full-size 50ml fragrances are packaged in a sleek Italian glass and crowned with a wooden cap. The 10ml roller balls called touch points which were sent to me are packaged in sleek roller ball packaging and the leather tag on them adds a touch of modern yet classic look. They are great to be kept in the bag to be used on the go or on the vanity. These all, as the name of this editorial, are fall fragrances. Depending on the mood and taste, the fragrance can be chosen. I have used them all a few times in the last month and they do have a nice staying power and well as not overpowering. They let you feel their presence but in a nice way.
