The products are made with natural ingredients, formulated without paraben's, phthalate's, SLS, petrolatum, talc, synthetic fragrances or silicone's. They are dermatologist-tested and are not tested on animals.
Burt's Bees Goodness Glows Liquid Makeup (CAD $19.99) is a hydrating, full-coverage formula that leaves skin with a radiant, natural-looking finish. The key ingredient is meadow-foam which is responsibly sourced. The foundation is claimed to be 98.9% natural. The formula is very medium coverage, easily build-able, creamy, not very liquid'y or thick, perfect to apply and blend. It blends easily into the skin without giving the feeling of having something heavy on the skin. It is moisturizing, even for my combination skin, I did not see any oiliness or even any dryness. It did even out my skin and was not cake'y or heavy at all. It did not oxidize on my skin during the day. The foundation is available in 12 shades from very light to very dark.
Burt's Bees Mattifying Powder Foundation (CAD $17.99)is described as a shine controlling formula with lightweight, buildable coverage. It is claimed to be 100% natural. It mattifies the skin and also controls the shine. It does not dries out the skin, just enough to mattify and not dry out. It is available in 6 shades. If you do not want to use it as a foundation, you can also use it as a setting powder as the powder is very lightweight but buildable in case you are using it as foundation.
Burt's Bees Blush (CAD $14.99) is described as a nourishing, vitamin-infused blush that blends seamlessly for a warm, natural glow. The key ingredients of this blush are bamboo and honey. It is claimed to be 100% natural. The formula is lightweight and blends evenly and easily into the skin. It is available in three shades. The one I have swatched below is Toasted Cinnamon which is a peachy orange shade and perfect for my medium tan skintone to give it a little color and look very natural. The wear time is good, stays on for over five hours over my foundation.
Burt's Bees Glossy Lipstick (CAD $9.99) is described as a shiny, moisture-rich color that nourishes and hydrates the lips. The key ingredients are moringa oil, red raspberry seed oil, and mimosa flower wax. It is claimed to be 100% natural. The lipstick is very lightweight, and hydrating, keeps the lips comfortable without drying them. The color is sheer but buildable. The shade swatched below is the Peony Dew which is a pinkish nude for me.
Burt's Bees Eye Shadow (CAD $14.99) is described as long-lastin, mineral-infused color that blends easily and does not budge. The key ingredients are bamboo and honey. The is claimed to be 100% natural. The formula is smooth, does not crease, fade, and smudge. It is formulated keeping in mind the sensitive eye area, it did not irritate my sensitive eyes and eye area. It is available in four nature-inspired trios and the one I have swatched below is the Dusty woods.
Burt's Bees Nourishing Mascara (CAD $13.99) is described as a gentle, long-wearing formula that instantly lengthens and defines lashes. The key ingredients are jojoba oil and glycerin. It is claimed to be 100% natural. The formula is long-wearing, nourishes the lashes and lengthens them. It did not irritate my eyes and is available in two shades. The one shown in the picture is black-brown.
Burt's Bees Nourishing Eyeliner (CAD $14.99) is described as a fade resistant color that nourishes, defines, and enhances the eyes. The key ingredients are wood pencil with responsibly sourced cedar, jojoba oil, responsibly sourced meadow-foam and mango oil. It is claimed to be 99.9% natural. It is formulated for the delicate eye area and is safe for sensitive eyes and also for contact-lens wearers. It is available in three shades and the shade I swatched below is the soft black.
