With some amazing new launches for the fall and holidays, I am so excited about all the new products with the warmness, the intense shades, comfortable melting textures, and the feel of the bright time. I am sharing the new launches from Giorgio Armani including the Giorgio Armani Rouge d’Armani Matte lipstick, Eyes to Kill Lacquered Eyeliner, and Eyes to Kill Stellar Mono Eyeshadows which are all gorgeous shades and textures which will suit most of the skin tones.
Giorgio Armani Rouge d’Armani Matte lipstick is the new matte lip color from the brand which is very pigmented, long-wear, and comfortable to wear. The pigmentation is amazing, a single application gives a really good coverage. It is formulated with a light-diffusing gel that allows for a rich matte finish that looks smooth and supple, rather than dry. The formula also has emollient paste agent, ester oils and a hydrogenated jojoba oil make for a creamy, glide-on application sensation.
The matte packaging is absolutely gorgeous, ultra-matte bullet, sleek matte red and black packaging with iconic Armani magnetic closure. Someone with dry lips, I have been wearing these all for testing and very impressed with the formula, my lips were comfortable without being dry and the intensity from a single swipe from the bullet is amazing, I did blur it out with my finger to make it more diffused.
Overall, a great formula and vibrant shades to worth checking out. The four shades I have swatched below are:
200 Diva (Mocha)
400 Four Hundred (Red Crimson)
500 Fatale (Blush Pink)
506 Maharajah (Pink).
Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Lacquered Eyeliner is described as a water-based liquid eyeliner that reflects the light and illuminates the eyes with a single, graphics and deep black sweep. It is designed in the iconic pack of Giorgio Armani liner, the pack provides a precise application. It has a high level of well-dispersed Carbon Black which helps with intense black and even finish. It has a high level of latex for its long-lasting properties, shiny effect, and comfort.
The water-based formula reflects the light which makes it look like freshly applied and intense at the same time. For my eye shape, I do prefer a very thin line rather than a thick eyeliner, this eyeliner is easy to apply and I did have control over how intense I need to apply but I was not able to get that very thin line over my upper lashline. It has a nice staying power, did not smudge for over 7-8 hours.
Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Stellar Mono Eyeshadow is an ultra-pigmented, long-lasting eyeshadow with a comfortable gel texture and shimmery finish. The shades are bright, applies evenly, with a shimmering finish and the texture is just so soft and bouncy making the application so easy.
Eyes to Kill Stellar 4 Stardust
The gel-like bouncy formula glides on the lids and transforms into light powder when applied with a finger. The formula is easy to blend and comfortable to wear.
Eyes to Kill Stellar 5 Stellar
There are six sparkling shades available in this new mono eyeshadow formula which can be applied alone, or mixed and matched to create more fun or intense looks. The formula is rich, pigmented, and buildable. It looks beautiful yet subtle at the same time with a single swipe on the lids. I have been using the two shades 4 Stardust and 5 Stellar and really obsessed that I am going to check out the rest 4 shades out of 6.
I have been wearing the two products from Neo Nude Collection which I reviewed here and these new launches are definitely going to be in rotation now. Giorgio Armani Beauty is available at armani-beauty.ca, Sephora, Sephora Canada, Nordstrom, and Saks.
With my blemish prone skin, I am always on the lookout for something that will help me and my skin to deal with the congestion. The new mask from Omorovicza called Silver Skin Saviour Mask is claimed to be the perfect treatment for blemish-prone skin and that made me really intrigued in putting this under test on my own combination skin prone to acne and congestion. Silver Skin Saviour is described as a mask that harnesses the power of colloidal silver and niacinamide. Colloidal silver has long been known for its Anti-bacterial and healing properties and is associated with skin health. Combined with niacinamide, it provides a potent blend that combats blemishes and breakouts. Salicylic and glycolic acids also help unclog pores to reveal clearer, smoother, and healthier skin.
From my personal experience, it is not just a particular season or food or environmental or hormonal factors that break me out, it is also on the days I am stressed and not able to pay attention to my physical and mental health. So either of the reason may be the cause of my skin breaking out. And congestion has been a part of my skin concern for a long time now and unless I take care of it, use the right products, like masks, exfoliation, serum, I am unable to keep it under control. This mask has been a part of my bi-weekly skincare routine for over a month now and I am glad to share it with you guys.
The key benefits of the ingredients and the formula include:
• Colloidal silver, known for its powerful antibacterial properties, helps cure skin infections, making it a superb topical treatment for blemishes & imperfections.
• Niacinamide (vitamin B3), known for its skin brightening properties, reveals a more even and refined skin tone, as well
as helping to control sebum production.
• Salicylic acid, also known as Beta Hydroxy Acid, exfoliates the surface of the skin, leaving it smooth and soft and also
enhances cell renewal and improves pigmentation issues.
• Glycolic acid, a powerful exfoliating AHA, reveals a brighter, clearer, and more even-toned complexion.
• Omorovicza’s patented Healing ConcentrateTM leaves skin firmer, more supple and younger-looking.
I apply a generous amount of this mask on my face and neck avoiding eye area. Then leave on for 15 minutes and remove with a damp washcloth or warm water. The mask has a very smooth creamy texture, glides on nicely on the skin. After removing the mask, it is one of the few products I have used which gives me instant results. My pores look smaller than usual and my skin looks clean after the first use, the active blemishes look a little diminished and feel less painful. My problem areas and blemishes do not look red, irritated or sensitive. I am so obsessed with this mask for my problem skin, the ingredients as explained above are something I always look for in the products for my type of skin. I did share more products from Omorovicza I have been really enjoying here.

Givenchy has launched two new unique highlighters, taking forward their complexion expertise and the latest technological advances with Givenchy Teint Couture Radiant Drop and Givenchy Teint Couture Shimmer Powder. With fluid and compact textures, they are both practical, beautiful, and must-have products this season, all thanks to Nicolas Degennes with the excellent work and creativity.
Givenchy Teint Couture Radiant Drop
Givenchy Teint Couture Radiant Drop is an illuminating base which gives a dewy finish, not limited to as a base but is a multi-use product to highlight, freshen the face, and illuminate it. The formula has light, pearly texture with very fine coated particles and pigments. The packaging is in a metallic bottle in the same shade as the product inside. the dual pipette precisely delivers the desired amount of product, while its brush tip enables the targeted application.
For a fresh, natural, and subtle effect, a few drops can be blended with a little day cream or foundation before applying to the face with fingers or with a brush.
For a targetted dewy effect, it can be applied after applying the foundation on the areas of the face that typically catches the light, like the high points of the face.
‘Using the brush, add touches to the inner corner of the eye then pat with the tip of your finger. This is perfect for highlighting the eyes. If you have dark circles, add a tiny drop under the eye and blend with the tips of your fingers.’, says Nicolas Degennes.
The Teint Couture Radiant Drop is available in two universal shades – a soft pink and a subtle gold to give the skin abundant radiance. I have swatched the shade Pink in the picture below.
Givenchy Teint Couture Shimmer Powder
Givenchy Teint Couture Shimmer Powder is a powder highlighter with a shimmering finish. It contains no talc and has no textured effect. It leaves a silky veil of extremely fine pearly powder and transparent illuminating pigments. The formula is buildable and gives a sparkling effect of variable intensity that catches the light. The black lacquered box of this limited edition powder has a compact gel with a raised motif inspired by Couture lace. The ‘zero texture’ formula lends itself to layering in order to redesign curves, blur imperfections, and provide the desired dose of radiance.
It can be applied on the face with a blusher brush or even a finger to blend it on the cheekbones. On the body, it can be used on the cleavage or top of shoulders to create a silky veil that blends with the nude skin.
‘For an ultra modern lined effect, take up a small quantity of product using a narrow brush and apply it on the edges of the lips, add lipstick than a last touch of highlighter to the central curve.’, says Nicolas Degennes.
Teint Couture Shimmer Powder is available in two radiant shades – Pink and gold, Pink suits fair skin tones for a translucent complexion while Gold adds a sunny radiance to the deeper complexions. I have swatched shade Pink in the picture below.
I have tested and swatched shade Pink for both Givenchy Teint Couture Radiant Drop and Givenchy Teint Couture Shimmer powder. At first, I thought these will not look natural or suit my medium tan skin tone but as I used them, they look very natural and do blend in nicely into the skin without looking too pinky or ashy on skin tone. The staying power is nice, stays on for a whole day. Intensity can be built as needed, I use minimal for everyday wear and go heavy handed for the night. But I am very much interested in checking out and comparing the Gold shade in both as they are more inclined towards deeper complexions. They both are worth checking out and as the holiday season is approaching, these are definitely going to add some extra shine and sparkle to your holidays and to your mood as they are adding to mine. Givenchy Teint Couture Radiant Drop and Givenchy Teint Couture Shimmer powder are available at Holt Renfrew and Sephora Canada.
