RMS Beauty is a brain-child of Rose-Marie, a prominent makeup artist working with some of the most prestigious models, actors, photographers and magazines in the fashion and beauty world today. While healing from her own severe health issues, Rose-Marie researched and discovered that some of the toxic chemicals and heavy metals in her system were also found in today’s beauty products we use daily. After rebuilding her own health, Rose-Marie realized she wanted to help other women claim their right to healthy, clean beauty and created the first of its kind, truly organic colour cosmetic line, RMS Beauty.  I have had the pleasure to have a conversation with Rose-Marie over the emails and I could genuinely sense the interest, the love, and the excitement she has for her products as well as the philosophy upon which the brand stands. I have two new products from RMS Beauty which I have been using for the past few days and shared in my article below.

Review and swatches of the new RMS Beauty - "Un" Cover-up Cream Foundation and Sensual Skin Trio

‘RMS Beauty products are formulated with raw, food-grade and organic ingredients in their natural state, allowing their living, healing attributes to penetrate and rejuvenate the skin. In their purest form, enzymes, vitamins, antioxidants and their healing properties remain fully intact, encouraging the amazing potential for anti-ageing effects. RMS Beauty has also taken extreme care in the use of minimal heat in the manufacturing process of this product in order to keep all nutrients and healing properties alive. RMS Beauty is full of healing nutrients that work synergistically with the skin, and are in harmony with nature and our environment to promote hydration, softness, and luminosity.’

Review and swatches of the new RMS Beauty - "Un" Cover-up Cream Foundation and Sensual Skin Trio

“Un” Cover-up Cream Foundation is a cream foundation that uses the same skin-loving qualities as the original “un” cover-up. If you are not aware, “un” cover-up original concealer-foundation is a cult-favourite for its ingredients, finish, performance, and skin-loving ingredients. The new “Un” Cover-up Cream Foundation is suitable to all the skin types, it is a medium to full coverage foundation, and blends easily into the skin like a second skin. The skin looks natural, radiant, and supple. The formula is hydrating, does not emphasize problem areas or dryness.

Sensual Skin Trio is a set of three unique pressed powders inspired by RMS beauty’s cult-classic luminizers and the most universal shade of Lip2Cheek. The palette has a luminizing powder Grande Dame, bronzing powder in Madeira, and a blush in Demure. They are all of course multi-use products – they work great as eyeshadows too.

Madeira Bronzer is a stunning powder that gives skin a sunkissed, bronzed highlight.

Grande Dame is a multidimensional powder that gives skin a moonlit-champagne luminosity.

Demure is a soft-pink, rose blush gives all skin tones that perfect, natural, rosy glow—this pressed powder is exclusive to this trio.

I am so impressed with the formulas, they look so beautiful on the skin. Skin looks natural, radiant, and has a healthy glow. They blend so easily and seamlessly onto the skin.

Overall, a really nice brand and range of products. The products apply well with fingers as well as brushes. These two new additions to my makeup as well as to the brand’s product range are worth checking out. I do look forward to trying more from RMS Beauty. Moroccan Oil has launched new Color Depositing Masks – dual-benefit masks that give a beautiful, temporary colour to the hair, plus all the nourishing benefits of a deep conditioning treatment. Colour Depositing Masks come in 7 shades—ranging from the tropical pink Hibiscus to the rich, velvety Cocoa—there’s something for just about everyone. The shades comprise of fun fashion shades (like Aquamarine, Hibiscus, Rose Gold, and Platinum), or to enhance existing colour with, say, golden-hued Champagne or crimson-brown Bordeaux, or apply as needed to maintain the salon colour between visits.

Moroccan Oil Color Depositing Masks review

Colour Depositing Masks add temporary colour that’s designed to gradually fade out over time. The longevity of the colour depends on several factors—including the starting hair shade, how often hair is washed, and the hair’s porosity. (if you frequently heat-style or colour your hair, it’s probably on the porous side.) Hibiscus and Aquamarine are the most vibrant colours and may last longer than other shades.

Moroccan Oil Color Depositing Masks review

Generally speaking, people with lighter or more porous hair will experience a brighter and longer-lasting result. That means that if you have dirty blonde hair that you’ve never coloured, your best friend is a platinum blonde, and you both try Hibiscus, her hair will likely be to be a lot pinker for a lot longer than yours will be. Also, the longer the mask is left in the hair, the more intense your results will be. The masks are intensely nourishing treatments and do not contain ammonia, peroxide, or bleach. They also contain a star-studded roster of ingredients, including the brand’s exclusive ArganID™ technology, which infuses argan oil deep into the hair’s cortex and helps seal the cuticle. They also feature an amino acid blend to nourish, detangle, and boost shine, plus Apricot Kernel Oil to help soften hair and improve hydration with oleic acid, linoleic acid, and Vitamin E.

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Intense Reset Concentrate review

This overnight treatment is very nourishing to the skin and did not irritate my skin. It is suggested to use it after the repair serum. The texture is silky and light, it applies nicely and absorbs into the skin rapidly. I have noticed my skin to have clarity and suppleness. It did not cause any irritation to my skin or any breakouts. The pores are less visible and skin texture looks and feels healthy and smooth.
