If you have been following me for some time, you might know I am a fan of Masks and they are an important part of my weekly or sometimes twice in a week skincare routine. And if you are a new reader, then I want to mention that I had the view that masks do not do good enough to be used every other day or on the weekends, my views were changed since I have become a regular with the masks. I mask and sometimes multi-mask depending on my skin’s needs. The more I am regular, the better my skin behaves. I reviewed Omorovicza Midnight Radiance Mask here a few weeks back which is a nice escape for me when I am in no mood for my multiple step skincare routines. I am going to review Omorovicza Ultramoor Mud Mask which I highly recommend if you have not yet seen the results from any face mask yet.

Omorovicza Ultramoor Mud Mask - Review

Omorovicza Ultramoor Mud Mask is described to transform skin’s appearance in just a few minutes with this flash-lifting anti-aging mask. It provides gentle exfoliation and deep pore cleansing treatment to leave the facial contour more sharply defined and the complexion brighter. It is great for anti-aging, blemish-prone skin, and dull skin. It is suitable the most for oily, combination and normal skin types.

The packaging of the mask is in a heavy glass frosted jar. I have been using this mask once a week and the results have been great. I apply this mask on my face and neck avoiding the eye area. I leave it on for 10 minutes and then remove with warm water. My skin feels clean, soft, and bright. I do not feel any dryness or irritation after using this mask. I see the pore size is reduced, and the skin is firm and smooth. With regular use, my breakouts have been under control and my skin looks healthy and lifted, I wouldn’t comment much on the lifting but I feel the skin is firm.

Omorovicza Ultramoor Mud Mask - Review

The look of this mask and the texture does feel like the Deep Cleansing mask from the brand which I reviewed a few months back, linked here. The Deep Cleansing Mask clears congested pores and draws out impurities. The mask brightens skin with a glowing complexion and re-textures the epidermis. The Ultramoor Mud Mask, is a fast-acting anti-aging mask which transforms skin within minutes, the treatment plumps fine lines and tightens collagen fibers. Dead skin cells are eliminated for a brighter and more toned complexion. The Deep Cleansing Mask is suitable for dry, oily, combination and normal skin types and the Ultramoor Mud Mask is suitable for normal and oily skin. Both masks contain Hungarian Moor Mud which is extracted from Lake Héviz in Hungary, the mud is enriched with calcium and magnesium carbonates which detoxify and purify the skin.

This mask has become a favorite for my combination skin which is prone to congestion and also a great pick-me-up during the week to give an extra boost to the skin. I would highly recommend you to check this mask for oily, combination, and normal skin types, you will see the difference even after the first use.

Omorovicza Ultramoor Mud Mask is available at Omorovicza, Space NK, Net-A-Porter, Sephora Canada.

I am a fan of masking and multi-masking. Based on my personal experience, I have seen my skin is beautiful and radiant when I include masks in my skincare routine. Based on what my skin needs and how it is behaving, I go for the mask suited for the concern. For your reference again, I have combination skin which is prone to congestion. Being a fan of Omorovicza Deep Cleansing Mask, reviewed here, I was so excited when Omorovicza Midnight Radiance Mask was launched last month in September.

Omorovicza Midnight Radiance Mask

Omorovicza Midnight Radiance Mask (CAD $155) is described as a brightening overnight mask that gives a radiant glow. The gel texture of the mask melts into the skin, gently exfoliating while promoting cell renewal and also fights hyperpigmentation. It also helps reduce discoloration while giving hydration and keeping the sebum levels balanced to reveal brighter, smoother and even-toned skin.

The key active ingredients in this mask include:

Salicylic Acid – It is a Beta-Hydroxy Acid, which exfoliates the surface of the skin. It enhances cell renewal and improves pigmentation issues.

Sand Lily – It reduces the size and pigmentation of dark spots by reducing the production of melanin.

Red Algae and Sodium Hyaluronate – They lock moisture during sleep and provide long-lasting hydration.

Copper Gluconate – It regulates the production of sebum.

Omorovicza’s patented Hydro Mineral Transference delivery system leaves skin firmer, more supple and younger looking.

Tha packaging of the mask is in a sturdy glass jar as the other Omorovicza masks. I have been using this mask three to four times in a week for past 3 weeks. I double cleanse my face in the evening and follow with my toner. Then I apply this mask over my face and neck avoiding eye area. It gives a nice cooling effect due to its gel texture and then I let it dry and that’s it. It dries within five to seven minutes. It does not leaves any residue or feels heavy or sticky. It does not feel like I have applied something different from my normal night cream, making it comfortable to wear during the night.

I have used it even on the nights I feel a bump or congestion is coming up, and then in the morning, I do not see that congestion. It may be other factors too, but I am positive that it makes a difference.  One more reason I reach for this mask is the ease of use. On the days I am too tired or do not want to do my five to six-step night routine, I just cleanse, tone and apply this mask. I did not have any issues like any irritation or sensitivity on my combination skin. The skin is hydrated, bright, clearer, and radiant in the morning. I plan to use this regularly to get the maximum benefits from this new launch Omorovicza Midnight Radiance Mask.

Omorovicza Midnight Radiance Mask is available at and Nordstrom.

I am all about the best and luxurious products and when it comes to few of my favorite brands, I just have to buy the product. I love Omorovicza as a brand and have used a few of their products which I have reviewed in this blog and posted on my Instagram. If you are interested in reading about them, you can write ‘Omorovicza’ in the search bar on the right and will see all the posts about the brand. I got a small sample of this mist a few years back (precisely almost three years back) and then I purchased the full size of Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist (CAD $110 excl taxes) which tempted me to get a travel size (CAD $40 excl taxes) to keep in my bag and yes, here I am with the review for one of my go-to mists.

Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist

Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist is described as a refreshing neroli and rose-scented toning facial mist perfect for a midday pick-me-up or as a post-cleanse toner. A quick spritz of this neroli and rose-scented facial mist refreshes the skin and lifts the spirits. The formulation is purifying and hydrating. This mist was inspired by the Queen of Hungary Water, the world’s first recorded perfume, formulated for Queen Elizabeth of Hungary in the 14th century. It is free from Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates and synthetic colors and fragrances. As all other Omorovicza products, this is also powered by a potent blend of Hungary’s mineral-rich healing waters and their patented Hydro Mineral Transference™ delivery system. It is suitable for most of the skin types and does work well for dull and dry skin.

Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist

I do love facial mists, I am not referring to the makeup setting sprays but the mists which have some skin care benefits and can be incorporated into your skin care routine. In my skin care routine, mists are must whether it is after cleansing my face, drying it and then spraying the mist before applying the serum onto my skin or if it is a follow-up spray after using an acid exfoliator. I have used this mist for a long time, almost 3 years on and off and I do like to keep it in my skin care stash always.

Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist

Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist, the names itself sounds divine, majestic and luxurious ( so many beautiful words in one sentence for this mist I know). A spritz of this mist does give a nice glow, hydration, and freshness to the skin and to the senses too. The packaging is beautiful glass bottle and the best part is the topper from where the mist comes out, it is the gentlest and fine mist that comes out of that topper, not like you get wet or the product gets to different directions, but just the perfect kind and like made as per your face’s size and needs.

My face needs 2-3 spritz and I just wait for few seconds to apply my serum on to the skin. It makes the serums get absorbed nicely. The fragrance of this mist is very subtle and natural. Apart from using it the ways I described above, I do like to keep this in the fridge and spritz it onto my face during my skin care routine, it feels so calming and freshening. For using this as a mid day pick me up, the aroma and the gentle mist does freshen up the senses and the skin. It is available to be purchased at Sephora and the Omorovicza official website ( they do ship worldwide).
